This sounds very promising. It will hopefully solve our formatting issues, (change formatting often double spaces in notification etc.) and we can now add our Business' official font and font size.

Im wondering if this can also solve the attachment issue where the notification does not include attachments (can only be seen if log in to portal) when sent from / to external contacts - no attachment variable in notification rules at present.
