Re : ServiceDesk Plus 9.2 Released

Hi Stevenna,

Our product team is working on this issue with top priority to ensure the patch is being released.

In the mean time, we have prepared a Jar file to fix the backup issue. So please extract the attached file, then stop the application  and then apply the same file under [ServiceDesk Home\Lib]. Now start the application and access the below URL.

protocol://host:<port>/servlet/DebugServlet

Once done, then initiate a backup from the command prompt and check if the backup works fine without any issues.
