I noticed this in the release notes for 9212
SD-62238 : Creation of service request using E-mail commands will no longer be supported.
I have several automated processes that send emails to ServiceDesk with the email commands so the correct template, group, etc can be selected at the time of ticket creation. If this function is being deprecated and will no longer be supported, what is an alternate solution to achieve the same level of automation? Will this API then the only means to do this?
We really don't like tickets being auto created using the default template because it may affect SLAs, workflows, approvals, etc so we rely on the email commands to force the correct template.
