Re : Mail fetch issue - Office 365 users

Hi Everyone!

@David: The above added troubleshooting steps are only for affected users, not mandatory for all the users. 

@Adam: Please try the following configuration (Admin Tab>Organizational Details>Mail Server Settings). 

* E-mail type : SMTP
* TLS Enabled : Yes
* Port : 587

After saving the settings, please stop and start ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus service from services.msc in the application server. Please try this and let us know the results.
