All -- we ran into this issue too with Office365 all-of-a-sudden-not-working and attempted to follow Jai's instructions but ran into some issues. We found that simply running the batch file did 'not' create the new .js file because it didn't have rights to overwrite the existing files.

We did the following extra steps:
Renamed the "jssecacerts" file under "C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\jre\lib\security" directory to "jssecacerts.old".
Renamed the "jssecacerts" file under "C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk" to "jssecacerts.old".
Started "cmd" As Administrator and manually typed the contents of the batch file so we could see it execute/fail:
  jre\bin\java -cp lib\cert.jar InstallCert outlook.office365.com:993
Pressed "1" to select the first Microsoft certificate.
Copied the newly generated .js file from "C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk" to ""C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\jre\lib\security"
Restarted the ManageEngine service under services.msc.

All of the queued tickets started pouring in and generating tickets.

hope this helps...
