Hi Alireza,
Strange issue. As you know SDP does not support IE 8. However in Mozilla 47 there shouldn't be any issues. Please perform the following actions and send me the output :
1. Clear the browser cookies and cache and check whether the page is loaded.
2. Stop Servicedesk Service. Rename extracted folder under SDP-Home (Manageengine\Servicedesk) and start the application.
3. If none of the above works, recreate this issue and send me the Support file from Community tab.
