Dear experts,


We are trying to maximize the use of the Purchasing module. Is it possible to forward an email TO ServiceDesk and add some kind of string to the Subject so it knows it needs to merge the content to an existing Purchase? (Like we do with regular tickets). Is it even possible? And if so, how to allow ServiceDesk to differenciate which module it is for?
