Hello,
Today I tried upgrading our test environment from build 9301 to build 9303 but the upgrade failed. I followed the procedure to reinstall build 9301 and restore the application backup (a full backup was taken as part of the upgrade process) but the restore failed as well.
I have created ticket ID 8032180 and provided the upgrade log, the restore log and a copy of the 9301 application backup. Please investigate both issues (failing upgrade & failing restore).
Meanwhile we were able to restore the SQL backup from last night. The application is now running, but there is a problem with the mail fetcher (certificate path not found for IMAPS). Please assist with this issue as well.
