During the upgrade process, we are executing a delete query to remove the relationships of the technician's who are in the "Resigned State".
During the query constructions, if the number of conditions in the "WHEREIN" clause exceeds 1000, MSSQL doesn't allow the query to run and this prevents the upgrade proceeding further and it ultimately fails.
In the 9304 version of ServiceDesk, we will be deleting only 100 records at a time to prevent this issue. Once we release 9304, you can directly upgrade it to 9304 to fix this issue.
