I would suggest you use the below custom script to trigger notification to any email addresses matching the specific condition,I am using SDP 9.3. I have set up Service Catalog Business rules to notify by email specific technicians when the business rule. That's working fine, but now I also want to include specific non-technicians (requesters) in the same business rule. How can I allow this? In configuration, it looks like I can only send e-mail notifications to technicians.
