Hi RCPSC,

1) Request notifications (closure, sla, notes,..) will not be sent to shared technicians.  We are analyzing to support 'Follow Request' option so that technician can follow a request to get notifications on update in the request.  We have not yet started on this and hence we are not in a position to provide a time line for now.

2) Yes requester can add notes, reply, add attachment to the shared request.  This is by design.

3) Can you please explain your requirement regarding Change module.  Do you wish to assign a common change role to all your requesters in the organization so that they can see the upcoming Changes.  Or do you want to provide some of the requesters with this permission.
