Yes , i can modify the script to include both the scenarios that you have mentioned in your reply.I just need some more information.Please answer the following questions so that i will be in a better position to assist you.
1. I would like to confirm that this script would be used for the Request module and not for Change Requests. If it is the request module , the additional field can be used as a criteria when configuring the custom trigger.This means ,we don't have to check this within the script.
2. Will the request contain only one task under it , for which we will have to check the status?
3. If there are multiple tasks, is there a criteria based on which we will find the task and then check if its status is closed.
If you can explain your requirement with the help of a scenario, it would be much easier for me to modify the script to achieve it.
