Re : ServiceDesk Plus 8217 Released

I upgraded from 8212 to 8217 last night. Today I'm getting complaints from technicians that their Email Signature is not being populated in replies. Please let me know if this is a bug introduced somewhere between 8212 and 8217.

EDIT: I suspect the effort to address SD-49319, SD-53651 may have adversely impacted the signature altogether. I'm not aware of our organization experiencing the duplicate signature issue, but we were running 8212. Perhaps that bug was introduced somewhere between 8212 and 8216. We don't use very may reply templates, so it is possible we experienced it but nobody every noticed or complained about it. Nonetheless, we are now running 8217 and have no functional signatures now. Everyone can see their signatures under "Personalize" but they are not being populated in emil replies.
