Awesome! This fixes one of my issues with inserting URLs that included an email address.
However - could this please include a way to view the html source code so that we can better troubleshoot when formatting messes up? Interestingly, I can see a button for editing the HTML in the reply I am currently typing on this forum. Could the same thing be added to the ServiceDesk? This would help TREMENDOUSLY.
