Re : Business rules and custom fields

I too would like this, I'm sure there are other customers who have the same requirement.

Scenario:

Custom field "Environment" is set up, contains Production, Staging, UAT

If email comes in with subject UAT, I want it P3 - Next Business Day only.

I cannot set priority and categorise this accordingly due to custom field not being available in Business rules. Please reconsider.
