Re : ServiceDesk Plus 8.2 [with Project Management] Released

I can't perform a new installation of SDP on the same machine, as it tells me that its already installed!  The FAQ for doing a rollback mention this, but does not offer any suggestions..

"Note: Installation process will first try to uninstall the current setup. So, you may need to run it the second time to install the application."

No matter how many times I attempt to run setup, it allows tells me that its installed.

Suggestions please?
