When the issue happens, please send us the following details to support@servicedeskplus.com along with this forum link for analysis.
1. Jespa.log found under [ServiceDesk Home\Logs]
2. zip of logs folder found under [ServiceDesk Home\Server\Default\Logs]
3. Login name which experienced the issue.
4. Screen shot when asking for re authentication.
