This is a critical hotfix to your broken editor, please allocate your developer resources and prioritise accordingly. How can any company send automated notifications etc. to partners, customers with these fundamental issues? Its just not professional at all..

There has been numerous patches / fixes of low priority issues since version 9, yet no key outstanding bugs have been fixed. Everything else should be on hold until you fix this surely?
