OK, you did great job. But what about new GUI?
Maybe you just need to change developers of software because if you calculate number of new features with number of fixes you will see that application is so buggy software and you doing fixes almost each 2 weeks.
So, we as customers wish to see BIG changes and new features. But see only fixes for fixes.
If you just spend some time and search by keyword "after" on this page http://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/readme-9.0.html
there are 12 fixes for builds after new builds. It's crazy. Each time when we getting any bug, I'm sure it's an application issue.
Sorry, but it's true. As I understand devteam for this app is small. If no - that is odd, because in this case I do feel any major changes in application at all.
