Hi,
You can generate a report from the Report module and add it as a custom widget to the Dashboard, the generated report should contain a chart type like pie chart or line chart etc.., then you will have an option to add it to be shown under the Dashboard tab.
The feature was introduced in Version 9000 of Servicedesk.
