Thank you for your swift response. As per your suggestion, if I try
to implement it, my landing page changes to the Service Category page
which is not needed. On the default template, when I click on the new
incident / new request, it takes me directly to the default template
form. But if I implement your suggestion, it would first take me to
the newly created template category page first. Thereafter, I have to
select this new template and then it presents me the form.
