Operation word is used in Group Update notification. Say when a unassigned request in a group gets assigned to a technician then Group update notification gets triggered. This notification will have the word OPERATION and gives the details about the updates performed on the request.
However there is no OPERATION (update) performed while creating a request.
Group Notification for Request Creation should not have this word OPERATION. We will remove this word in one of our hotfixes. Use this Issue Id SD-62480 as a reference.
