It's great that all of those new features were added in the past
year. The thing your customers are frustrated with is that you announce
these new features and then nothing more happens! No news, no changes,
nothing... Instead we get changes that, while some are helpful, are
mostly cosmetic or fix very specific use cases. There are currently
issues with the current UI that we're being patient about having
fixed under the expectation that a re-vamp is in the works, but there
has been no movement forward on this for several months from our
perspective. If API development is holding it up, then release the
update without API support. Not every client is using the API, those
that are would surely be comfortable waiting for an update that
doesn't break their implementations rather than holding the whole
process up.
Bottom line, If you're not willing to hear us complain about a promised improvement not coming fast enough... don't announce it!
