The feature is still pending and is not been released in Servicedesk yet, we have not started to work on the feature yet. With the present set of features and issues queued up for release, we are not sure when it will be taken for development and be released as a hotfix. The feature id that you can use for reference in future is SDF-57299. Kindly let us know if you need further assistance.
