jmicheld (and others),
It is only fair to state that the answer provided by uma is more of
the same being given over and over again... Absolutely tired of
hearing "
This is currently in implementation phase" and "
we will provide an update once we have completed implemented and
initial testing". It seems to be a copy and paste answer
every time over. This does not mean anything if there are issues 4
years old and older! None of your answer matter if you cannot commit
yourselves and our community to a reasonable(!) timeframe uma.
There are many new features and bugs to be fixed:
- The ServiceDesk Plus UI revamp (13 months ago announced)
- The revamp of the Purchase Request (7 months ago announced)
- The new Rich Text Editor (1 year ago)
- The size of the description being greater than 64k (4 years ago))
- Response SLA for Service Requests (4 years old)
- Email ID's to Notify (3 years old)
- Add BCC field to notifications (4 years old)
- Option for technicians to mark tickets that they are currently working on. You won't believe this one: ME announced this themselves 2 years ago, and the last post was 1 month ago announcing that the feature is in 'final development stage'...Me hopes to ' release it at the earliest'... whatever that means.
- ...
Now i don't know, but if the above timeframes are any
indicator of the pace all of this is going... that doesn't look promising.
