This is a really poor response. After 4 years problem still persists. So
any time a lengthy email gets appended into an html file, no one can
see any response from technicians / customers via email notification..
and it has been like this for 3 years..
Why is there no process to address critical issues ? Why are
so-called important features given priority over fundamental issues ?
What I find hard to understand is that you are calling these
"features"! They are not "long pending features"
they are essential oustanding bug fixes which are stopping people
using your application and which you still dont understand the
importance of..
