I am not sure if you have looked into my earlier response. We are currently working to handle the description content greater than 64K characters. The implementation model is explained in the other post : https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/the-size-of-the-description-being-greater-than-64k#49000007205459 .
We are in final phases of implementation and will look to include it in a sooner service pack.
